Training Camp will be held on Sunday, May 2nd at Barney Schwartz Field 3. Please fill out the registration forms below and send them to [email protected] along with :

• Player’s First & Last Name
• Parent’s First & Last Name
• Email Address
• Emergency Contact Name & Phone Number

A payment of $30.00 will be due at the start of Training Camp and can be paid by cash or check.
